I am an environmental consultant with ENVIRON International Corporation, providing my expertise in environmental toxicology and chemistry, ecological risk assessment, and wildlife ecology. Most of this site is dedicated to my activities as a Doctoral student (Environmental Science) and USEPA-STAR graduate research fellow at the University of North Texas. My doctoral dissertation research focused on the bioavailability, toxicity, and environmental fate of TNT in aquatic sediments. My Doctoral Dissertation research
Latest news: I successfully completed my Doctoral dissertation in May, 2004. My research program was highly successful, producing five peer-reviewed scientific journal articles and numerous presentations at scientific meetings. I also contributed to two book chapters on sediment toxicology and estimating bioavailability with biomimetic devices. I am now enjoying a challenging career in environmental consulting in ENVIRON International Corporation's Irvine, CA office, located in sunny Southern California.
